CHS Parents (Freshmen, Sophomore, and Junior)
The last day of the 2019 - 2020 school year will be this Thursday, May 21st. We will be checking out HS students by a drive through method. The checkout process for students will be conducted on Thursday, May 21st during the day and Friday, May 22nd in the morning.
The checkout will be conducted in the following manner:
A. Juniors check out schedule on Thursday May 21st:
Last names A - L 9:00 am. - 10:30 am.
Last names M - W, 10:30 am. - 12:00 pm.
B. Sophomores check out schedule on Thursday May 21st:
Last names A - L, 12:30 pm. - 2:00 pm.
Last names M - W, 2:00 pm. - 3:30 pm.
C. Freshmen check out schedule on Friday, May 22nd:
Last names A - L 9:00 am. - 10:30 am.
Last names M - Y, 10:30 am. - 12:00 pm.
D. Students come to the parking lot on the west side of the high school (faculty parking lot). Students will need to remain in their vehicles until you are asked to get out and report to the checkout stations. School personnel will be wearing masks and gloves and we ask that you wear a mask as well. In the event of inclement weather (rain), the checkout site will be moved to the District Offices at 1910 Meridian Ave. (2 blocks north of the High School).
E. You will need to bring the following items:
*Chromebook and charger
*Textbooks
*Calculators checked out from the Library or math department.
*Athletic equipment & uniforms
*A check to pay for any unpaid fees ( class dues, lunch account, technology, etc)
