Cozad Elementary AfterZone is applying for our second 5-year Continuation Grant. Our grant application has always been strong because of the great community support we get from Cozad! Please look at this form to see if there is something you or your business can do to help our program and grant application. AfterZone has received a total of $794,880.00 in grant funds over the past 10 years to provide after school and summer activities for almost 2,000 students! At the bottom, please find the Cozad Elementary AfterZone Donation Form for 2017-2022. Forms are due back to the school by Friday, December 16^th.
