REMINDER: The B-6 District Track Meet at Ogallala High School is scheduled to start field events at 10:30 AM MST and running events are scheduled to start at 1:00 MST.
SCHEDULE CHANGE: Due to heavy amounts of rain in the Ogallala area, the boys golf invitational scheduled for tomorrow (5.9.18) has been rescheduled for FRIDAY (5.10.19). Tee times are still set for 9:00 AM MST.
Friday May 10th is the last day to register for Little Haymakers, Fundamentals 101, and Gym Rats camps for the summer. We will accept late registrations and walk-ups but we cannot promise a t-shirt and camp basketball. Please contact Coach Danielson with questions.

SCHEDULE CHANGE: Due to poor weather conditions, the Junior High track meet at Minden has been canceled for today. Those athletes who qualified for the state meet will compete in Gothenburg on Saturday, May 11th.
NOTICE: Due to in-climate weather, the Cozad High School has been cancelled as of 12:00 PM today. The Haymaker golfers will be back in action on Thursday as they the varsity heads west for the Ogallala Invitational and the junior varsity competes in the Bertrand Invitational.

Reminder the Hayrack Booster Athletic Banquet for Winter and Spring Sport athletes and parents is this evening. Please note that the Banquet begins at 6:30--not 6:00 as printed on school calendar.
The K-3rd Field Day scheduled for today, Monday, May 6th, is still ON. Back-Up plan for today:
-Wellness Center will be open for cover in case of hard rain
-If we need to cancel we will set up a Tug of War Tournament in the gym for K-3rd
The 4th-5th Track Meet is going to be moved to Monday May 13th starting at 12pm due to forecast.
Coach Bob Nutt was honored by the SWC golf coaches for all the years he has dedicated to the sport of golf and the Cozad program!! This man has impacted so many lives through the game of golf!! Well done Coach Nutt!!!
Congrats to the Cozad Haymaker golf team on their runner up finish at the SWC Golf Meet held at the Cozad County Club. Also, congrats to Adam Cole for winning the conference championship 🥇 and Brady Davis, Paul Cole, and Jacob Engel for all medaling! 🏅🏅🏅!

Elementary Parents: Reminder that Elementary Track Meets are next week. Monday (May 6th) is K-3 Field Day starting at 12:30pm. Tuesday (May 7th) is 4th-5th Track Meet starting at 12pm. Please remember students will need water bottle, suncreen, and tennis shoes. Parents are encouraged to attend but please stay in the west side bleachers. Thank you!
Cozad Community Schools is seeking a full-time kitchen staff member. The position has the opportunity to work during the summer for the district’s summer food program as well as into next school year. If interested, please fill out an application form, which can be found on the school website or picked up in person at the District Office located at 1910 Meridian Avenue. HELP NEEDED: We are in need of THREE PEOPLE to be willing to help time races at the finish line for today's High School Track Meet at Haymaker Stadium. You would report to the track around 4:45 and time until the conclusion of the meet which should be around 7:30.
