Picture retakes will be on Tuesday, October 2nd. All children who were absent on picture day (August 22nd) will have their picture taken. Picture packets are available in the office. If you want your child to have their picture retaken, the original picture package is required. Please send it with the child on October 2.

Congratulations to CMS Seventh graders Payton Pond and Makenzie Smock who have been recognized by the Duke University Talent Identification Program (Duke TIP). Duke TIP is a nonprofit organization that serves academically talented students. It offers above-grade-level testing, academic enrichment benefits, and accelerated learning programs that supplement the education received in regular schools. Payton and Makenzie qualified for the program based on the results of their NSCAS assessments.
