Huge shoutout to CHS Junior Clatyn Fleharty for an incredible accomplishment. Back in October, Clatyn tied a Class C state record by smashing 3 home runs in a single game against Lexington. She finished the game a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate, adding a walk and racking up 8 RBIs—an unforgettable performance. Clatyn is now just the 9th player in Class C history to achieve this amazing feat.

The High School Quiz Bowl in Broken Bow on Wednesday, February 28th, will be available via video and radio broadcast. The event is scheduled to start at 9:00 AM, and after the morning show wraps up, coverage will begin mid-morning, likely around 9:45 or 10:00 AM. Tune in and support our Haymakers.

Concert Date Change Alert! The 2nd/3rd Grade Concert originally listed on the printed school calendar has been rescheduled to March 6th. The concert will still take place at the same times as originally planned at the Elementary.

Best of luck to our State Wrestling qualifiers as they compete at the State Wrestling Meet in Omaha over the next three days, starting today Thursday, February 20! Our Cozad wrestlers will hit the mats in the 2nd Session, 1st Round at 3:00 PM, followed by the Quarterfinals. All matches will be streamed on the NFHS Network (subscription required) with the Finals on Nebraska Public Media (PBS) 3:00 Saturday.
